Complaint Review: Hear Tech Labs

I ordered one (1) set of hearing aids.  Next morning, received a text that my cart was still open.  Even though I was sure that I had completed the transation, I provided infomation to close the transaction. 

Then I felt I may have been scammed, and sure enough when I checked my credit card account, there were two orders listed.

  I have been back and forth with the company via text and e-mail, but since the items have been mailed, I am told there is no resolution to my claim.

  Hopefully, a state or federal agency will look into this company.
