Complaint Review: Hearst co

Hearst co Popular Mechanics magazine A notification from PM insinuated that I ordered another subscription with payment due-not true!! They make you think that money is due, when, in fact, my previous subscription was only 6 months old. Harlan Iowa

I received a notice from Popular Mechanics magazine that PM had renewed my subacription as I had chosen to be part of the continuous service program(not true) and that my renewal had been processed.  Also, that payment was now due and to return payment in a pre addressed envelope or pay online.  My current subscription expires on 9/16/15, why would I resubscribe approximately 6 months ahead of time?  Also, when I subscribe to a magazine, I enclose a check for the full amount at the time of mailing (I do not use the internet for this).  This is a scam.  Their scam just lost PM a customer!

I will not resubscribe as I will read their magazine at the library from now on if I happen to be their.\
