HearTech Labs Did not cancel order as requested sent product anyway Will accept return ONLY if I pay return shipping Fort Lauderdale Florida
Ordered Hearing Aids Received email immediately advising shipping delayed because of volume of orders Immediately cancelled and asked for refund. Received email back advising that allsales final and could not cancel. Disputed charge on my credit card but they shipped anyway.
Now they say I can return but I MUST pay return shipping. I have not returned because I have NO trust that they will acknowledge receipt of return and issue proper credit. Right now I am filing a Small Claims Court Action to Finalize.
