HearTech Labs Will not send refund or answer emails any longer Jackson Wyoming

I ordered their hearing aid special the beginning of June 2020. I never heard anything for almost a month even after sending therm emails asking where their product was. When I finally got the so-called hearing aids I realized they wouldn't work as they were to big. I notofied HearTech Labs sales and they offered to replace them with behind the ear hearing aids for an additional $100's. I told them I ordered the original because I don't like behind the ear ones. I have now been goung back and forth with them about my refund.

I sent my order back and they at first tried to tell me they never received them until I backtraced the return through my UPS account. Then it was that they were misplaced on the dock and couldn't be found. I told them that wasn't my problem and that I wanted my refund. The first couple of times I was told they are working on processing my return. Now they won't even answer my emails. So I'm emailing them every day now till I do get my refund. They picked on the wrong Disabled Veteran. I don't give up.
