I order the precision cooktop June23,2012. It was supposed to be buy one get one free. They charged me full price for both units plus s@h. I recieved one unit in July with a letter that said the other unit was on back order. I have made several phone calls only to get the same recording each time asking for my name and phone number. But have never gotten a return call.
