The NuWave oven, which is made by a company called Hearthstone (Home) is a great cooking product EXCEPT for the sorry, poorly engineered "power dome" which is the clear-plastic dome enclosing the cooking area.
It is doomed to fail. There are no exceptions. The heat from the cooking elements of this product overpower the chemical abilities of the "dome" to survive. The heat of just using this product WILL DEFINITELY cause it to fail.
They DO NOT honor their warranty! The will sell you anohter one that theyt claim is "indestructible" but, even on that, they won't pay the shipping, even after you agree topay the full retail price.
This company cannot be trusted, despite the obvious merits of the cooking system, the actual product is engineered to fail and their warranty is worty of depositing in your toilet!
