Complaint Review: Hearthware

Hearthware Precision Induction Cooktop Incomplete order, two for shipping and handling. Didn't receive all items with first one and nothing from the free one. Plaid total of $179.94 received cooktop and two skillets. Libertyville, Illinois

Did not receive full shipment. Ordered two for price of one pay shipping and handling for second. Upgraded for a pot and lid both itmes

Recieved shipment less upgrade for the origional and nothing for the second. Paid $99.99 plus 79.95 shipping and handling. Called numerous time and finally received call station items would be shipped in 7-10 days.  Didn't happen

Filed complaint with BBB Chigago.  Hearthware said I need to pay additonal shipping and handling.  BBB agreed and said it sounded like a reasonable offer. 

I believe I have paid all shipping and handling and received letter with shipment station same. Maybe a class action is needed against this company.
