I'm not writing this to defame Antonio Chandler, nor his girlfriend Dawn, but this is for ANYONE who tries to do business with them to save you from the horrifying experiences I underwent.....  first of all, he truly is dishonest.  Heartland is not a legal company, it is just a "hustle".  This man lives with his girlfriend who was in the process of putting him out the day I had to chase him down to get my money back. He  doesn't even own his a car let alone a moving truck.  His first lie was that "he had 13 employees"...NOT!!!!  DO NOT give him any money up front...even his references are fake!!!  He made my moving day a living hell, did not deliver on his promises, and he STILL owes me money for which he still is lying about.  I've tried to negoitiate with him on multiple occasions to make right what was wrong....he still has not come through.  I am also reporting him to CRAIgslist...because he's listed on there as well.  If anyone had a good experience with him...count yourself blessed....everyone else...BEWARE>  I hope for your sake Antonio that you correct the error of your ways because it will come back to you worse than what you gave out.

We are a reputable moving company that is well respected and we have references to back it up.  The incident that occured,  was we could not ship her car.  We received a deposit up front, well in advance and I told her that an  auto transport company will ship her car, she did not agree with that. I then told her that I will be glad to refund her money, which I did, except the cancellation fee, which she signed the contract and understood. I gave her a price of $1300 to move from Indy to Dallas Tx, which that price was real good considering I had to go to Texas anyway. I then told her that the price to ship her car would be between $500 and $700 which was outta my control because we could not ship her car. We do great work, and have clean cut employees and our references are professional people in high places and well respected. Judges, doctors, policeman and other consumers who have used  us.  To potential customers who reads this keep in mind, there are always 2 sides to every situation. I hope this negativity do not steer you away, you will get great service from movers who care.                                                                            Thank You,
