They say your past always catches up with you. It looks like Heartland Payment Systems past is not only catching up, but about to destroy it. Another website was recently created ads lists all pending Federal lawsuits.

You have got to ask how after all the lawsuits, card association fines, hundreds of millions of dollars for card replacements, and Federal Investigations are done, how can Heartland Payment Systems possibly survive ?

I am pretty sure the author is talking about all the lawsuits that employees are filing against your company for bad practices, pay issues, merchant errors with payrolls etc.  If you aren't up to speed on that, do your research.  A large group of heartland people are banding together because of the deeds of the company you work for.  I have heard all about it from two friends who worked there and know several people involved in the coalition.  Whistle Blowing is a big deal.  Look it up.  I didn't work for Heartland, but I say, good for you if you can expose it.  I am guessing that is the deal here, not your breach.

Well.....Three years later.  I think Heartland is still around.  Too bad your efforts were all for not.  Sounds like you are a rep for a competitor and this is sour grapes.  A strong company will rise from a set back...as did this one.  Actually they have gotten awards for their new cutting edge E3 technology, the first to offer such protection against hackers.   They were in compliance and have actually grown stronger from this experience.
