Heather Gonzalez bill201072 Lied about condition of goods to Ebay and ripped them off Hamden, Connecticut
I listed an auction on Ebay for a lot of 38 new & used candy/chocolate molds. In the description of the molds, I was very detailed about which molds were brand new and which molds had been previously used and what they were used for.
Heather bid and won the molds. I had to send multiple reminders to get payment. Once payment is made, I ship the 38 molds in a 25" x 16" x 11" box via UPS.
Heather receives the molds and starts to use them. She then contacts me telling me that they are broken and cracked. The ones that I had previously used had not broken on me during use, nor were they cracked. She demanded her money back, stating that she wouldn't have paid so much (20.51) if she'd known they were going to break. She then filed a report with Ebay.
Ebay told her to send them back to me and then she'd get a refund.
She sent back two molds. Two out of 38. In a priority mail envelope. Ebay refunded her the money. She still has 36 of the molds. So she not only lied about the condition of the molds (most of which were brand new, still with the cardboard attached), but she then didn't follow the instructions to return the items.
Heather is a ripoff artist.
