Heather Marshall - Sales Recruiter For Johnson & Johnson unprofessional Nationwide
I received a call from Heather Marshall from Johnson and Johnson. She is a sales recruiter. She requested a phone interview for a sales position.
She runs the interview like normal, and then receives a call on the other line. She tells me she would call me back in 5-10 minutes. She does not call back. Even though we had a scheduled interview time which I had blocked off where I am losing money, she decides to waste my time by not calling back.
After leaving a couple voicemails on her line (since she never picks up the phone), she sends a generic "Dear Candidate" letter to let me know I am not suited for the position, which is really odd considering SHE CALLED ME and conducted one-fourth of an interview.
Overall, pretty much a lack of professionalism and that whole human decency thing.

To whom it may concern:
I was contacted by Heather Marshall on Tuesday morning January 19th. During our 20 minute telephone interview she was affable. She was very patient as I was driving thru Camp Pendleton and had weak cell phone service. For those of you not familiar with this area it is a Marine Base that borders the coast between Orange and San Diego Counties. Heather was extremely friendly and courteous to me and allowed me the opportunity to explain my resume in depth and not judge it prima facie. She concluded the interview that she would follow up with me by Thursday. Which she promptly did on Thursday before the close of business. During both of our calls she was polite and professional with her responses. I am sorry that you had this experience but when I Googled her name and read this I signed up for an account just to write this as I found it very unprofesional and unture. I have no family relations, business or persoanal connections with Heather. This comment is just my experience over the last week.
Enthusiastically,
EJR
