Heatwave General Contracting Greg Gramh Drew Zanga installed new roof have shingles coming off will not fix roof installed in aug 2011 glendale Internet, Arizona
Had a new roof installed by Heatwave in aug 2011 every thing was fine until about three weeks ago.Came home one day after work and saw about 6 rows of shingles coming loose on front of house.Called Greg Gramh and left message. after several days he finally called back said he would look at it. A few more days pass he finally calls back said it looked lik wind damage nothing he could do about it he said he was in texas at the time on his way to St louis to work they just had a big hail storm. did not like his answer so i called Drew Zanga he is the owner of Heatwave. Found out that he let Greg use his license to do roofing because Greg did not have one but presented himself as the owner. Mean while Drew said he would look into it because it wass under his lic. still have not heard from or seen anyone look at the roof. I has been over three weeks now. I went up and looked at the shingles over the weekend and it looks like the bottom 6 rows or so did not seal down you can just pick them right up . As far as being wind damaged not one other house on the block has any missing shingles and we all had them replaced about the same time do to a bad hail storm.

Hello, I am sorry your experience was not the best, but at that time I had a lot going on and wasn't notified immediately about the shingle problem. Therefore it could be delt with and resolved. Greg graham was not somebody I loned my license to, he was an employee of heatwave and was employed as a salesman. He did not take the proper steps to notify me of this problem. I am sorry that this happened and should have been delt with properly.
