I ordered merchandise from Heaven's Little Stuff and Disney wholesale online (to find out the same ripoff people run both companies). They do not send what you order, they substitute junk, they send it in bits and pieces and have not clue what they are doing. They do not have an address or phone number on their website other than send them a message through their website. When you submit message comes back your message has been successfully sent to the owner. Well I sent them about 10 messages, telling them I need an address to return their junk and they do not respond. Called my credit card company and explained situation and they gave me a phone number to contact, again called and they don't return phone calls. Phone seems to be a cell number, doesn't even identify them as a business. Reported them to the Better Business Bureau in California, they responded to them that I had no made any contact with them. They are liars. I rebuttal to their response to the Better Business Bureau and now they informed me that they do not respond to them. I was able to get an address for them and shipped their junk and just got it back moved, left no forwarding address. Reported to credit card company and they are investigating. They are a fraudulent company, liars, thieves and hide from you because they are fully aware of what they are doing to people that place orders with them.
