Heavener Supply Heavener Supply Rips Off Heating Oil Customer-s Souderton Pennsylvania
I contracted with Heavener Supply, on a Pre-Pay Agreement, for home heating oil for the 2008-2009 heating season. Heavener Supply's brochure states "At the end of the season, any money remaining on your account will be applied to the coming year unless specifically requested to be returned." The season ended on May 31, 2009.
I called Heavener Supply and requested that they refund the balance on my account and they refused. I sent a certified letter to Heavener Supply with supporting documentation (Contract, brochure, etc.) demanding they refund the balance on my account and they continue to refuse to refund my money.
Heavener Supply does not honor their contracts or verbal promises. Heavener Supply cheated me out of over $400.00. I would never to business with Heavener Supply, Inc. again.
Anyone thinking of doing business with Heavener Supply (Fuel Oil Department) should be very, very careful. Do not send Heavener Supply any money in advance for home heating oil unless you can afford to lose it to Heavener Supply.
There are many reputable home heating oil dealers that don't rip customers off. Heavener Supply, in my opinion, is not one of them.
Heavener Supply is a RIPOFF!

Take 'em to small claims court. If the documentation is as clear as you say, you'll be outta there with your $400 in no time. The extra benefit of going that route is that is also pisses off the person who thought they could rip you off.
