Heavenly Home Cleaning LLC. I purchased this service through Groupon for 3hr 2 person cleaning for around $55 I believe. The cleaners arrived 30 min late, left a bunch of dust/dog hair in the corners, calcium deposits on the fau, Internet

The cleaning staff was 30 min late for the appointment and did not notify the customer. When the customer had to leave the apt and told them to call back with any questions, staff left after 2 hrs and did not stay for the promised 3 hrsas in theGroupon that was paid for. Left dust and dog hair in the corners/under the table and calcium deposits on the faucets. When customer returned to the apt - door was open and staff did notcall to notify the customer cleaning was "finished". Manager did notrefund customer, or offer any other redeeming services.

Dissappointed About Untrue Statement on Companies Sevices

I really am disappointed that this report was filed falsely. On the day of this clients  cleaning, when the ladies arrived at 8:55am to the clients home. The clients appointment time was 9am. They were unable to find adequate parking due to weather conditions. It had just snowed and  streets had ice on them and and large amounts of snow pushed on curbs preventing parking on streets and it was bitter cold.On top of that my ladies have equipment they have to carry to the clients homes. I advised them to call the client and ask her if there was closer parking to her home. She told the ladies that there was parking two blocks away. The ladies called me back and relayed to me what the client had told them and I instructed them to wait a few minutes to see if a parking spot would become available closer to the clients home. After 10-15 minutes go by the ladies called back to let me know the client came outside to move her car so they could park closer to the clients home.By the time all of this was done it was 20mins. past their start time. (The weather and street conditions are beyond our control). Once in the clients house the ladies start cleaning. The client leaves and calls one of the cleaners a few minutes within her leaving and ask  them if we could clean the tiles on here walls which are not included in our 3 hour special. This is something I tell clients when they call to schedule their cleanings. That service is a extra charge even on regular cleanings its a extra charge. She instructed the ladies when they were done to just close the door behind them. The ladies finished cleaning the clients apartment. Later that day I recieved a call from the client stating that the ladies did not get dog hair off of her furniture or the baseboards I let the client know again that baseboards and blinds are not included in the 3 hour cleaning that it would be a extra charge. And depending on the amount of hair on furniture our vacuums can only get so much of the hair off. And since she was unhappy with the end result of her cleaning I would send another cleaning crew out there free of charge to correct the problem. The client stated "that was fine, just do not send the same cleaners, that she did not want to deal with them".  She asked if the cleaners would stay the whole three hours I explained to the client that the ladies are to stay the whole three hours unless the home is completely finished. Which in some cases they do finish before the 3 hours, in apartments and small homes.  She kept telling me the things that were missed and I stated to her again that baseboards and blinds are not included in the 3 hour cleaning, but if she allowed us to come back she would not be disappointed. She then stated "that she did not want to deal with any of them coming to her house again and forget it." I then replied I would personally come with another cleaner to re-clean her home she said no. I asked  again are you sure we can't come back out to fix the problem she refused. So I feel this statement was falsely filed I am very big on the client is always right and I like to keep clients happy. I apologize that you were unhappy with my companies servies but thats no need to slander my company by lying about how the situation went and how it was handled.
