Heavens Little Stuff Will Rip You Off Harleyville South Carolina
Heavens Little Stuff really is a company trying to rip you off. I have gone to The Better Business Bureau and found several similar complaints against this company. I ordered $400 of merchandise in March of 2008 and as of this posting have still not received all my merchandise Three months later. I have contacted the company several times and have been ignored.
I have informed them that I am missing merchandise. I have informed the company that I wanted a refund on the merchandise as well as shipping since the items have obviously not been sent. They have failed to live up to the contract agreement. Since I had to prepay back in March the company is holding my money with no legal claim on it. This is stealing. This company is rated a D company by the better business bureau.
The contact name listed by The BBB is Chantel Espinoza. If that is incorrect it is up to the company to change it. If not all complaints filed against the company would be referenced to her. I would NEVER reccomend this company to anyone. I have all emails sent to me by heavens little stuff as well as all I have sent them so all this information can be verified.

While I appreciate that everyone has a right to their own opinion, suggesting that these customers that are submitting VALID complaints can't read is not only an insult, it shows stupifity on the part of the "rebutter". Yes, we READ the item descriptions. No, we did NOT receive what is advertised. I would hope that this Company would have one or two satisfied customers (more than likely RELATED to these crooks! Or made up people, as most of their positive comments are), but for the majority of the Buyers, this business does not deliver what is promised. Take a look at some of the pictures I have posted of what I received. Is this how your box was received? If you are satisfied with the Company, then I would venture a guess and say NO.
This business should be OUT of business by now.....

I have been buying from them for a few years now and have never ever had a problem. I think the problem with these customers is that they dont read the description correct.If you do then you will find that you might get get what you think is in a case. I have read some of the complaints and they all say the same thing. They did not get as many items as they though they should have . Well if you read some cases are only 3 or 4 per case. One comment was they only received 6 instead of 12. If you read the description the cases are differnt and not all cases are 12. That the thing about internet ordering is you NEED to read.. I just wanted to say that because it seams they are giving this company a bad name when in fact in the 4 years I have benn ordering I have never had a probelm nor have any of my freinds that also buy from them. Just my veiw.. They are a great company and the cheapest on the net or even in any store I have found.
