I ordered Rob Vac trusting the Ads--it is not as described --nor does it Work..defective. They promised a Full Refund . I have asked for refund ..they are refusing. Offered me 20 % to keep them. I said -No-defective. Now they are insiting to keep their Cost down--I must Pay for the Return. They claim to be a Manufacturing Com any who makes the Robo-Vac..it looks like a Chinese Shipped Product. Cheap--Light Weight. The VAC runs around the House Picking up Nothing..no Hair-no Dust, etc.(*Useless)I did not find this BBB Link until Today --I was looking for wrong name. Now I see the Complaints listed below..same as my Complaint. I think a Robot is answering the emails..all are the same --Stall--offer 20%--then say You must pay to return..does not honor Fair Business Practices or Consumer Laws. *I have contacted the BBB & My Credit Card Company the minute --I saw their Mode of Operation. * Consumers must be aware of these Antics. **I ordered about July 10--rec Product --Charged--did not work..Contacted Loft the 19th to return Item..**15 emails later **--we are still back & forth.::**This is their Guarantee *Returns Policy*Your enjoyment of our products is our highest priority.
