Ms. Jerry Roker of Hedgegrow Limited in Rumson, NJ has been avoiding me and American Express for 6 months.  I purchased a framed Hermes Silk Scarf from her as a vendor at the Florida International Horse Show on February 5, 2010.  She promised to ship / deliver the item to me due to it's fragile nature.  She failed to do so, then promised to refund my American Express card for the amount of the purchase of $1,275.00.  She has since said she had an illness in her family, but failed to refund my credit card, and is now avoiding phone calls and written response for 6 months.
