On their website found and ordered a data cable for my HTC 3125.
I received the product, but it had the wrong connector. The packaging listed only 3 HTC models (amongst other brands) and none of them was mine.
I have had multiple e-mail exchanges with their "customer service", explaining the situation. They insist that "all HTC telephones use the same connector". They are either unable or unwilling to understand that I have the cable, I have the phone and they don't match. Additionally, anyone who is in the cell phone accessory business should be embarrassed to say that all models of phones by a certain company use the same size USB port. That is downright stupid.
They refuse to address my requests of rectification and only respond with the stupid "all HTC phones use the same USB connector".
