Heel-Tastic Telebrands Corp Club Division This company sent me unsolicited merchandise and charged it to my credit card after they were told not to send it. Van Nuys , California
On November 11, 2009, I responded to a Heel Tastic TV commercial by calling their telephone number to place a order for one container of Heel Tastic that was suppose to cost only $10.00.The TV ad promised that I would get a free container if I called within a 20 minute time line.
When I called the number, a machine picked up and took my order. After taking my order the machine proceeded to offer me a long list of other items which I declined except ordering a Ped Egg for an additional $7.99.
The machine did not give me a total of my order but instructed me to go to http://www.getorderstatus.com.when%20i/ went to this web site, there was no information pertaining to the company Heel Tastic.
The following week a representative from Telebrands Corp contacted my home by phone to advise that they were going to send a pair of pierced earrings and a necklace with my Heel Tastic order. They were told that I did not have pierced ears and that I Didn`t` want the necklace. The representative that they were going to send them anyway,and if I did`t like the necklace I could send it back.
On November 23,2009, I received my Heel Tastic order in the mail. Included was an earring and necklace set that looked like something that came from The Dollar Tree. Also included was my invoice which showed that an order of $17.99 had actually cost me $33.96,once thay added all the processing and handling charges. Also charged on my credit card was $39.99 for the Junk jewelry that I did not order.
I had to pay $5.20 to return the earring and necklace set.A total cost of $79.15 was paid because I responded to a t.v. ad for Heel Tastic.

" I hear alot of complaints about the price & shipping charges of "Heel Tastic". If they listened closly and read the small print below the ad at the lower screen area of their set they would have seen all disclaimers and costs/charges including Shipping costs and if not then call and ask & before ordering giving them no more then your name. They must tell you by law what the total cost on your card will be for this product's order! And this my friends is why I do not buy off T.V. Ad's! As for the product itself, it is fantastic & it does do what it claims to do PLUS more! I paid $9.99 plus 7% sales tax for mine.This is why I wait about a couple months after it has burned out it's T.V. Appeal...by then you will find it at EVERY Wal-Mart,CVS,K-Mart,Target Etc. For the same price or even LESS!!! It pays to be patient...Things come to those who wait...think ahead is my motto!" {8D)<
