Complaint Review: Hefty Auto Repair

 I took my car to get the transmission fix after explaining the situation to the service guy about my car they were very willing to do a deal with me, I've explain down the street they offer me a price and they were quick to beat them they said they were there over 50 years and stand behind their word. He asked me if I wanted to apply for credit with CarCareOne Synchrony bank well I applied and got approved for the job. So I left the car with them in March 2016 I kept going and checking the status and kept saying we have to finished other jobs do I dint want to rush them do they can attend my car. On April 16 2016 I went in to the office to see the status of my car and there was a new lady I've never seen before so I asked about my status and her reply was what car? After giving the info of my car she said oh that was with Heafty Auto Repair we are Alternitive Auto Repair she said Hefty Auto Repair they filed for bankruptcy and we don't know nothing about your car, I asked them if the car was work on she said no work has been done to the car and they don't have nothing to do with their jobs but we will try to work with you, one of the techs walks in and I seen his shirt and I asked the lady what's the new company name she said Alternitive I asked her then why is this guy wearing a Heafty Auto Service shirt her reply they are still in transition with the new company so they took my money and no work was done to my transmission. when I pick up my car had a huge dent on my car I asked them what was that all about they said they don't have nothing to do with the old companies jobs and pretty much washed their hands with that phrase. I have seen the workers and they are all working there so just some heads up out there I got screwed and can't do nothing about it.
