Complaint Review: Heidi Gillepsie Saller (AKA-previous owned) Paradise Farms or The Paint Zone

Shame on you Heidi, you should just give up now. You can keep going on and on and on.....But it is not going to get you anywhere. Lets see here is the break down of everything I have first hand delt with you and witness others you have done wrong too. Along with a few other things of info for others reading this site.

1) I created the first report, do to the fact Heidi ripped me off and several others.

2) Yes I own the original DBA names "The Paint Zone"DBA#17331 and "Paradise Farm"DBA#11332 for St Clair Co., MI .

Also You need to check your records dip s**t, because since I registered those names before you incorp(which by the way who is your president and secertary)I have FULL rights to them(YOU are the one that will see how this lil business thing works. Also if people look up on the Mich site they will see that Heidi couldn't incorp the 2 names separate to read the way they do on my DBA's.hummm wonder what the IRS has for your info??? I guess I'll find that out soon enough after I give them a call too. How many employees are you claiming to have??? And the reason for purchasing the DBA's is Heidi screwed me on a sale for a TB race horse mare and later claimed it too died along with several other horses from me poisoning them)NOW WHY WOULD I KILL MY INVESTMENT!

3)Heidi first hand knows how to be a breeder, she likes to force breed the mares. I have witnessed it, along with a few others that USED to be boarders or friends of hers. Not to mention why is it that she only has one foal to show off? Well I can answer that one--- IT WAS BORN AND RAISED AT SOMEONE ELSES FARM!

4)The Trucking business she mentions is ran from her computer from her mothers farm/adult foster home, where heidi lives with her family and animals.

5)Wendy needs to post her email or phone number to receive better info and facts, since she was not in this picture previously.Along with getting her name straight too--George,lol, P.S. I DON'T LIVE ON GOODELLS RD, I LIVE ON BEAN RD. And yes there is several farms with gates on them. Probably for the same reasons I put them up here, to keep Heidi and her lil devils from hurting my barn and animals. Also to mention my animals are aloud to run on my fenced and gated land, them gates protect them from the road you moron!

6) I did make some phone calls out of state and to the other places mentioned in these posts, and hummm I think these people are going to have a field day with this site and its managers.

7) Now today it hit me,Heidi burned 9 people in 5 yrs(including some that gave her a 2nd chance)and it is ironic how god took away 9 horses in the same time frame from her.(hint hint, god is telling you to straightin your s**t up girl!)If you would like their names and cities just post a responds asking for them back to this.

8)Now from what I been gathering from the other parties listed above at those other farms, this Julie has owned her stallion since a baby and he is now 9 yrs old. He has never attached anyone,damaged property, and yes he has foals from accidental breedings from the handlers at those boarding places. What farm hasn't, lol, I remember Heidi having lots of those and giving a few shots to make the mares abort. Along with a boarder she used their stallion for a teaser and purposely let him out and tried to charge the owner for vet bills for abort shots that wasnt her fault.

9)Now if you call any boarding place and ask them about how responsiable are they for controlling the horses enviroment as far as stalls,paddocks, and pasture saftey and endangerment of others, what are they going to tell you. I know that it is the boarding places responsiablity to make sure all animals are secured at all times in a safe place on the property, they are responsiable for injuries,sickness, ect. while under the boarding places care.

10)Now why are the kids and other family members being bashed on here? I need to interveen here, since I know first hand that all kids say they are hungry all the time,lol, and as far as other bashing being done, again I and others ( I will list if wanted) have witnessed who was doing all the care of Heidi's son and her hubby and hers daughter. While the hubby was away working for Quik Stop trucking and other jobs, The adult foster guy "Danny" was watching, feeding, changing diapers,ect her kids 90% time. Along with doing horse chore while Heidi stayed in bed sleeping till noon or 1 pm.

11)Tara Hix is in california and traded a pretty bl/wh paint mare for a paint stallion Heidi had once that was one of Diane LuDec horses, He is doing great in california, while the mare Heidi got only got to live a short time in her care. Tara also took care of Dallas( Heidi other stallion) for awhile. ALSO NO ONE EVER STATED HEIDI SENT TARA DEAD HORSES,LOL

12)Diane LuDec is where Heidi got alot of her horses from, she was suposse to sell them on co-signment, but of course a couple of them became really sick and some died while in Heid's care(she says poisoning, well it is funny how everything is poisoned at her place with several wolf hybreds and rotts running around there)

13)There is another farm that did a trade for a AQHA appendix mare for a Hackney gelding(her sister owned till Heidi made her give that to her). Well that mare was near death when the people got her. It seems funny how Heidi told them the mare came to her in that condition from her sister Tami, when really Heidi had that mare in her care for a few months. I seen that mare at her sisters farm just before Heidi got her and she was nice and fat.

14) As far as the feed goes, well I would like Heid to post all the feed stores she is purchasing feed from including the ones from up north, it seems strange that before she had everyone else getting it for her do to the fact she had wrote bad checks or had credit the feed and wasnt able to pay for it for long periods of time in the local area. Along with several hay sellers she did the same too. ( can post there names and cities also)

15) Another thing, My hubby and I didnt build our barns with blood money, we have done all of it by hard working labor. It takes several years to get what one wants. When it is all done at least we can sit back and say thank you for the compliments and know that we put our heart into building it. (By the way my paddocks that are in the front of the farm are all dirt no grass for a reason. And I will not fork anymore funds into seeding them again. They all will be sand paddocks for turn out later on, and the grasing will continue in the back half of the famr land along with the addition acre we bought adjoining our farm that is land locked)

16)Did any one ever wonder why Heidi tries so hard to make new friends and bash her old ones, well think about it, it is to keep the new ones from encountering the old ones and finding out the truths about her!

17)You know I bet if you called Bob( retired head officer) or Lyle( new head officer) at St. Clair Co. Animal Control, you might find some interesting info about Heidi farm too from over the years.

18)That colt that just died too......well you need to tell your stories straight, and you better not screw the vet either like you did other ones in the past. Oh YES everyone, Heidi couldn't use any other vet when we were involved with her, so we brought our vet into her life. That is another one as a witness to things.

19)I do have saved on my computer and can email anyone a old part of Heidi's aol site that has photos and states under them about the horses being no longer alive do to accidental deaths.

20)It is weird to if you look at the dates and times these posts are done on this site they are done right after one another, humm is this cause she can only make one up at a time from her computer and just keep signing them by other people, well we will soon find out when i get the return call from Tara Hix @ Blacktie Paints in California, won't we.

Since she keeps claiming that is what killed her horses and knows so much about using it to do it. So those of you reading these posts take it for what you want, there is way to many nice horses out there to be greatful for and to luv to be sitting here wasting anymore time playing these kid games with Heidi,Wendy, and oops can't forget George,lol

Oh Miss Tina hySLOP I just wanted everyone reading this that matters,to know yes you DBA my farm names NO you did not win.. Remember SILLY SILLY girl I am incorrportated. And Your breaking the law by having those DBA's. SO now who is the joke. I sent you previous emails telling you I am incorrporated and to drop the names or my lawyer would get ahold of you. I'm sitting here wondering how I could possibly of been at the wrong gates, when you yourself have just addimittly defended having them, an I of course, stated breifly, that i was at gates. I am sick and tired of all the lies and no evidence against certain individuals to back it all up.I have physical evidence of how my 3yr old AQHA looked at her arrival to Heidis' farm in 2000 for a breeding that was almost completely payed for and feed was supplied to Heidi for my mare. To my astonishment my mare recieved none of the feed I brung but was pastured with just about all of Heidis own horses and inhumanely treated to becoming invested with lice and Heidi worming her 3X without my knowledge.Then bred another stallion to one of her mares infront of Dallas and he became agressive with my mare and ,well,raped her.He tore her vulva and of course Heidi denyed it.I was 8 months pregnant and with alot of trouble.I could not be at the farm 24/7 to watch my mare.I went to the farm about 21 days after she arrived because my vet had ultrasounded her a week before at Heidis farm and found her empty.I had taken pictures of her in the fenced pond area with Dallas.I also had a friend with me.My mare was so ematiated I started crying and just went to call my sister to come get her.We went and picked Jazz up on the 24 day and she fell in the trailer many times from weakness on the way home.I called my ,well known vet,John Geiger out to check her over.He was very surprised we had gotton her home alive.She refused to eat or drink and hung her head.He had to put her on IV's for 2 days and give her tons of medications over a 6 month period to get her to gain and retain weight.I had such a massage vet bill I could no longer afford to board her so I gave her to the boarding facility for the money I owed them.I went back to Heidi Sallers to see how she was going to approach the situation.She rewrote a new contract up and gave me the option of bringing one of two mares I had back to her farm the following year to breed to Dallas instead of just re-embursing me what I had already gave her for the breeding.My question is,what do you do in this type of situation?Do I re-expose another mare to this type of treatment or just shake hands and go my own way and forget about her and the bad deal I recieved and the malishish treatment my poor mare was given?Well,I am a keep to myself person and moved on .Every lawyer I talked to told me I had a very strong and serious case and need to persue this and get justice for the care and treatment of my mare and not getting my payment back.I still let it go and moved on.Then I come to this place and find all these lies and bullcrap on here.I am not the only one who lost a great horse because of Heidi Sallers mistreatment of their or her own animals.I also know for a fact that whoever you are George,you are a fraud and I can prove it.I have pictures of before and after and vet bills and reports too.Heidi was bragging to all of us on how she burned her own barn down and made a mentally handicap man that was staying with them take the fall.She was also allowing her stallions to practice breeding on a 1 1/2 year old mare from canada that she didn't even own at that time .We witnessed it while in the same pasture Dallas and my mare were in.I would not send my worse enemy to Heidi Sallers farm for any reason in fear she would malishishly hurt them.She is beyond a backstabber and animal abuser and anyone who stands behind her.I still have time to file my papers that are already filled out to get revenge for my old mare.If it wasn't for UKR United Kingdom Ranch,Tina Hyslop in Avoca,Mi. my mare would have died from Heidi Sallers neglect,physical abuse and malnutrion of her.Thankyou for your time and I hope everyone on here truely watches there back and look deep into peoples backrounds and character before you do something you will forever regret,like I did.No one warned me,I had to get bit by the snake to learn.

Well George, for one I believe you have not been to the other farm in Smith Creek, cause I have read the police reports and I witnessed alot of things that happened over there. As far as you driving to our gates and seeing what you posted is very wrong since the only horses out on paddocks with lean twos visiable from the gates are all mares and fillies. Also another thing a old shaggy barn, please,lol, thats what you city folk think when you see a newer barn. Way to funny, I think your full of horse s**t from dipping to far into a fairy tale from the other party! Another thing what vet bills, are you talking about the ones I seen with my own two eyes along with a few others that she converted with her computer,lol, you must not of did your home work like me. Call all the vets on those papers and drive like I did and look at the real ones. Your playing with a slander suit from this end, I know what I saw, heard, learned, and expeirenced from there. Matter of a fact just after reading what you stated, I am most definet I know who you are,lol, funny how people remember others. Come on over and bring the family. But make sure you come to the right farm this time. By the way, them gates were mounted on them poles after the officer that delt with the other party advised us to do it for the safety of our own barn and animals.

I am the "0ut-of-state", horse owner from Caifornia that had exchanged horses with Mrs. Heidi Saller, a.k.a. Paradise Farm/ThePaintZone. I would like to first state that Heidi has been the victim of malicous slander that has no truth or factual basis whatsoever. Heidi takes EXCELLENT care of her horses, and does not neglect, abuse, or in any way shape or form, starve her horses. I have witnessed first hand, in person at her farm the pristine condition of her horses, and her facility, and can only say that a picture is worth a thousand words. In light of that, I feel that it is VITAL this slander is put to a halt, as it is not only childish but also detrimental to one's character and or reputation. For the record, Heidi NEVER sent me any dead or dying horses, corpses, or any other such nonsense.

I would like to let everyone know that I thoroughly check out the associates before making any sort of dealings with them, or judgements for that matter. I went to Paradise Paint Farm to get some information and was found to be very warmly welcomed in to her home and barns. She sat down with me and explained the situation, and showed me police reports, and news paper clippings of when someone had burned her barn down, and vandelized her property, and even showed me the vet bills & reciepts from when her animals were poisoned with Antifreeze. Tina Hyslop, aka United Kingdom Ranch's address, in Avoca, Mi. was given to me also. So I could go check out the farm over there. I was stoped by a gate to the entrance of the property, and could see a old shack barn, and alot of horses running around by it. The place was a dump, and there are studs running loose with fillies and mares and such. I have never seen such a mess. Needless to say, the first appearance I got was to turn around and not subject myself to what would have been a unwelcomed visit any how. Nor did I really want this person knowing why I was there. If she could kill that poor Heidi's childrens pets and animals, then she will kill anyone's in my opinion. As far as I am concerned about this situation, It is just a matter of time that Tina Hyslop will slip up, and the Sherriff's department will have something to go on. It is a sad thing what has happened to Paradise Farms. But anyone that takes the time to go meet this person, and sit down and read the police reports and vet reports, and autopsy reports also, would know that this woman has been threw enough, along with her children. And that Tina Hyslop is a very vicious, heartless person that needs to be locked up behind bars, and dealt with accordingly!!! I am a well known person in this community, and work very closely with abused animals, and shelters of the sort. I found a very safe, clean enviornment at Paradise Farm, Which I can not say the same about United Kingdom Ranch at all. This report , in my opinion needs to be taken off of this site period. And maybe some investigation and reports made on Tina Hyslop, to maybe get her focused on her own situation and problems pending at her own so called Farm. Thank You for reading... Horse people in the community need to help end this before she hurts anyone else's animals. Well anyone can pull up police records and newpaper clippings to read and see for themselves about this lady and her farm. There is others too, and now a woman in California to add to the list! This is not a cry for help but a buyer beware/and breeder beware situation. She cant replace what she has destroyed that once was alive. Also the other situation is where she dont know her info again either,lol, when someone steals,lies, or defrauds someone what else are they to do???? Well I found one way of dealing with it,and that is purchase something that they want back to retrieve back what belongs to me. Funny how there is a high death rate of animals in this situaution from carlessness or what ever caused them. With the claim she is claiming of poisoning, well ask any vet and the only way that is reported is a autopsy is done! Well no to date was done, humm sounds pretty easy to keep using the same death reason over and over again.......want a few pics give me a email drop I'll email you some, then you can see for yourself....Poor animals :O(

I am not posting on here to put down UNITED KINGDOM RANCH, they need no help. I am simply posting my site link along with hers. And I will let you decide whom you feel takes care of their animals. As for horses passing on it is kinda funny how UKR knows what goes on here when that info was not given out due to the fact that my horses where intentionally poisoned. Well I feel anyone who read's this will make their own opinion.

I can not control what others say or how they feel about me, my horse's or my family. I do not have time to worry about all of this.UKR took my more then my farm names from me.. Also this is a pattern she has also taken a farm name from another very sweet woman who has not done a thing to her. EVIL!!
