Fact 3 She continues to elude me in attemp to settle the money owed. Fact 4 I will press charges if not contacted in 48 hrs through my e mail here (((REDACTED))). After Months of tracking her down, disconected phones, I was escorted to her home with a peace officer, issued a demand for payment letter. She finally paid. So I guess all is cool.
