Heights Financial Took money due to me for an insurance claim Chattanooga, Tennessee
Bought my son a motorcycle had it a month and he was parked and a boy ran over the bike. Contacted Heights to let them know so they could start on the insurance claim, which I had put on thru there insurance company, was told that it would cover only 1500.00 of the loan..Was told to go after the boys insurance and they would start on mine.
I got the boys insurance to pay almost all the bike so that way my part would pay the loan off and still give me money back. Found out today 8/2/2012 that the office only put in for what was left on the loan not the whole 1500.00 so now I am left oweing 250.00 to pay the loan off..So now I am without a bike and no money to even start looking for another one and plus I still owe this company money when the loan should have paid off in FULL!!!!
