Heldharmless.com They did not follow through on the promised funding for a house purchase New York, New York
We were promised funding to close on a house on at the end of March 2012. The funding did not come through, only excuses saying that the IT Department was changing their system.
The closing was extended to the middle of April 2012. The funding did not come through, only excuses simular to the first.
We had a dry closing and waited for the funding. The seller has been very patient and now is getting ready to put the house back on the market.
Their "CHAT" no longer works it is always "OFFLINE". All we get are generic emails with more excuses for delays.
All of our belongings are in storage. My family has been living in a hotel. All because we are expecting the funding to come through any day. My kids cannot even register for the next school year as we don't have a home address.
I am willing to talk to any attorneys that may be working on this, or are working on a class action suit in regards to Held Harmless.

I will try again to organize everyone. I am not a attorney just another person that has been ripped off. I wanted to tell everyone to also report this on the following website so we can get an active investgation going.

Please post your email and also post the information on the broker. The broker is also liable since they made representations and warranties and took funds, refusing to return them.

I am so to say this but we seem to have been scammed. From what I can tell there is a lot of money involved. We need to start collecting all of the data to give to athorities. We need to be in touch with each other outside of this as well becasue some things like amounts and personal contact info for us should not be shares. I will post my email. (((ROR redacted))) Please feel free to emai me. and I will start collecting info and contacts. I am also going to get as many contacts from the broker that got us into this. It will be a good start. If the person posting as ex employee could email me directly i am sure that would be helpful. I understand you not wanting to post your contact info on a forum. Good luck to everyone. I think we are going to need it.
