Complaint Review: Helena-Elegance.com (Marcus Leung)

Ordered a lamp from helena-elegance.com which was found through Google Shopping. Had the lamp at a slightly lower price than other retailers so i purchased it. Seller followed up with a tracking number and about 2 weeks later the postman came knocking on the door trying to deliver an international EMS envelope. I looked at the address and asked to make a copy of the front and wrote down the tracking number to compare. I checked the tracking number from the envelope to what the seller sent me and they matched.

Called the phone number listed in the Paypal receipt of the seller.., and to no surprise it was disconnected.

So there it is. Another low-life scammer selling really expensive empty envelopes and charging $50 for shipping.

Protect yourself and ALWAYS use a credit card! Be suspicious of low prices especially when doing business internationally!
