Complaint Review: HELENA REDA

I purchased a pair of shoes from this ebay seller who claimed to have been "in new condition, only slightly used from trying at the stores." When I received the shoes, they had miles of wear and use, and were also torn.  These shoes are loafer-type and the seams had pulled thru the shoe and could not be fixed.  Immediately upon receiving the shoes I took plenty of pictures and told paypal several times I could provide this information.  In the description it said it could be fixed with glue.  HA HA HA, what a joke!  I filed a complaint with paypal and won the claim, returned the shoes and then she said she did not receive them.

BEWARE if you buy from this seller....she is not honest and not truthful at all.  I have the post office receipt indicating they were mailed back to her yet she told paypal that she did not receive them.

I will never buy enything from this so-called power seller ever again and encourage anyone who bids on her items to beware.  Do not recommend her at all.
