Helio An Earthlink Company ripoff; If you think Earthlink is bad wait till you do buisiness with Helio Los Angeles California
Helio is launching their new products. If you think Earthlink is bad wait until you purchase a Helio phone and ask for so called customer service.
Earthlink founder, Sky Dayton ,is too young to know how to take care of customers.
SK, the largest telecom carrier in Korea and Earthlink here in the states formed a $440M wireless start up called Helio.
Why do you think Earthlink Jr. CEO with a silver spoon and no true knowledge of what it's like to be a real person took Earthlink over sea's. To shack up with foreign investors for cell phone technology.
Your money and sole were sold over seas to the highest bidder. Earthlink CEO had to start doing a more lean business using Earthlink customer dollars to get into the cell phone area with Korea's SK.
While he's having surfing fun in the LA sun, Earthlink customers are paying the price for his continued wealth to enter into other markets. He spends his time at Helio now.
Which internally the employees verbally abuse each other and allowed to get away with it.
You might say they have more incompetent attitudes, more than smarts.
Helio is not going to be run any better than Earthlink.

Your argument that Helio is a multi-billion dollar company so they "must" be doing something right is flawed..Enron, anyone?
Your suggestion to the OP to call in with their issue is also flawed. Ordinarily, it would be great, other than Helio employee #1 will tell you this, Helio employee #2 will tell you something totally different, or, as I have found in most cases, "I can't help you with that, ma'am. Call xxxx tomorrow" (all this after a 40 minute hold time). Oh, and when I called that number, I get someone speaking Korean.
I canned your beloved company today, recycled TWO Helio Oceans, and my husband and I are enjoying our new Verizon service (not to mention their friendly, KNOWLEDGEABLE representatives). Never mind that had your rep been truthful, they would have retained one of our two lines.

Helio is a joint venture mobile entertainment company parented by Earrthlink and SK TElecom
Both are billion dollar businesses
so they must be doing something right for all these years
if you owned a company worth a billion or more you'd know what it takes to run a company
slandering won't get you anywhere but calling in and explaining your issue will
