Ordered 2 helio phones in July 20th of this year. Paid about $434.15 up front. Returned both phones AFTER calling customer support. They instructed me to return both phones by simply putting "return to sender" on the box and sending the two phones back to the return address on the box. FedEx doesn't do that, so I had to pay FedEx to ship the phones back "to sender".

I call them on the 24th of August to check on the status of my refund. I give them all the relevant tracking information. At this point, they keep transferring me to "3rd tier" support from their normal outsourced Indian support. They assure me that they will take care of it.

Fast-forward to November when I get a bill from Helio where they're asking me to pay $550 that I "owe" on the account. I call them again and they inform me that the account is listed as "active". Again, after being transferred to "3rd tier support", they assure me they've taken care of it.

December 7th, I get a call on my cellphone from someone asking me "what I'm going to do" about the $550 that I "owe". Keep in mind that I am still owed a full refund for the two phones I have already returned.

I have already submitted a complaint with the better business bureau. I don't know what else to do except file a claim in court.
