Beware when shopping on helipal.com for accessories. They have demostrated terrible customer service and a poor business model. I purchased a mount for my Ronin Gimbal costing $60. It took them several weeks to ship the package to me. When the package arrived it was the wrong piece. They argued that it was the right piece until I sent them a video proving that the product did not work. After going back and forth proving it was wrong. The company wrote, admitted to their mistake and apologized. They requested that I ship the product back to them. Everything seemed reasonable until I went to the post office to ship this piece accross the world. I showed the post office the instructions provided by the companies email. I packaged the product and the cost to ship it to them was nearly $30. I told the people who I was communicating with that they have to cover the shipping of the product because I should not have to $90 for a $60 item they sent the wrong product. They refused to cover the shipping on their mistake. I would not have to have shipped the product if they sent me the correct product in the first place. They offered me $5 in store credit, which is meanless. Then I said, if I have pay the cost of the shipping on their mistake that I want a full refund and I will go shop elsewhere for the product. Now they are refusing to give me my money back and refusing to cover shipping. If this is how they treat customers then they do not deserve future business. I suggest shopping elsewhere online for products. Avoid Helipal.com at all costs, its nothing but poor service and a headache.
