Helipal toy, model helicopter Hong Kong
Helipal sent me a defective drone and I asked for a new one. They argued with me. So, I sent them the following video of their horrible drone and how it would only go in reverse or just spiral out of control. youtu.be/eMdW9oM2SqA - I went to a local HobbyTown USA and flew several drones there with no problem, so I know it was not me. Other than that, the support legs did not attach properly and the wiring was wrapped so tight that it broke the wires inside the insulation. - Then, they told me they would send a new drone. Nothing happened. - If this was a toy, I probably would not care, but we are filming a TV show for a network and these f****** just about cost me the job. They have totally ruined my hopes for the great shots we were going to get. This is a travesty. They have hurt my business. I would NEVER buy a product from them. Horrible customer support.
