I received a report stating I had four cents revenue. Helium would not state how they calculated
these 'earnings' Further, they deleted a second article on religion and religious wars stating that it was not 'placed in the correct category'.[Religion!]

They absolutely have not replied to my queries as to why or to which category would be more appropriate for an article on religion. My article was not deleted for being abusive or hateful. It was a dissertation on the effect of a person's name in various societies.

Hope that I get some feedback from posters.

I came back here to see if your complaint had been addressed. Many people complain about companies and when things are resolved, don't come back to end their dispute. Helium.com do answer their emails and it is up to them to decide if an article is misplaced. What happens is that you retain a copy of that article and are quite able to resubmit the article at any time that you wish to. If you would like help to do this or to have some kind of satisfaction, do send me the article through my profile at Helium and I shall do all that I can to resolve the situation.

As the New Member Guide, I can often see things which members do not and will be happy to help.

I was sorry to hear of your problems with Helium and if you look at the logic of deleting an article in the religion channel, it makes sense that an article on names and their impact in society would not belong to the religion channel. However, there is nothing stopping you from submitting this into the correct channel (i.e. Society and lifestyle) as the draft of your article is always safe within your MY ARTICLES area.

I cannot believe that Helium are not responsive. If you write to content@helium.com (during the week) their response time is usually a turnover of 24 hours.

Hello,

I noticed your report and would suggest that writing to content@helium.com and expressing your thoughts both on the removal of the article in question and any queries that you have will be responded to. They have always responded to me in a timely manner, and if your email states clearly the problems that you have been having, then I am certain you will receive a response.

You mention an article being deleted. The religion channel on Helium is vast and an item would only be removed if unsuitable or off topic, as it would be unjust to leave an off topic article in a category. Many members do not realize the significance, though what they are doing by removing it is giving you the chance to post it to the correct category.
