I won $100.00 playing a game online with Bingomania. Helix Gaming International sent me a check. I cashed the check at my bank. Ten days later my account was debited $100.00 plus $5.00 returned check fee. It was a good thing there was enough money in this account to cover the check plus fees, otherwise I probably would have been penalized a lot more. This is a warning, do not do any transactions online involving Bingomania or the parent company, Helix Gaming International.

This company took extra transactions out of my bank account totaling hundreds... leading to a couple thousand dollars.

There were always extra transactions coming out, leading my account to overdraft (because I only ever played what I put in there) and it s****.> One day my account was overdrawn $950!!!!!

When I sent them my bank statement they would tell me it wasn't good enough. Comparing transactions to withdrawals somehow didn't work for them. And somehow they never managed to follow up with me about this matter either.

In total I lost over $2000 from transactions I didn't make and overdrawn fees.

Stay away from online bingo people.... never had anything but trouble with them.
