Everything about this company seems to be sleazy. Missed appointments, overcharges on labor and constant miscommunication. There are ongoing scam is to "deliver" propane on a very frequent basis on each of their routes. They don't fill the propane tank even close to up so they have justification to come back and "fill" up again which fell to one another few weeks.
Until we caught on to what they were doing, or delivery charges were close to 30% of the field charges. It's an incredibly blatant, premeditated and souless way to do business. And when you actually call them to tell them to stop doing it, they have the gall to tell you to make sure that you call them way in advance if you ever are running low. This company is shameless.
