Complaint Review: Hello Gorgeous Hair Extensions

I ordered my extensions from Hello Gorgeous on April 30th 2014, it is now June 30th, 2014. It has been over TWO MONTHS since I ordered them. The website says they take 5+ weeks not 8+ weeks. I also ordered from them a couple of years ago with no issues. It seems like something happened to the company and they are not telling anyone about it.

I have emailed the company about 10 times at all of their different email addresses. Even the color help address, it keeps getting sent back saying their email is full. I have also facebook messaged them, No reply. I have been contacting them since 5 weeks has passed. I have tried emailing them at least once a week and I never get a reply.

These extensions were being bought for me for my 21st birthday by my mom. The money came out of her account but I still have not recieved them! They are STEALING MONEY from people. I feel as if the company is just scamming people now!

I have no idea what I should do. I did want the hair extensions but now it's been over 2 months and I do not want them anymore. I have asked her to cancel my order and refund my money, but like I said before, NO REPLIES EVER!

I have been going at this for way too long and I do not know what to do about it. I just want my money back!
