This company shipped my original product slightly later than they should have. When I got the extensions, they were much darker than they were in the online picture. I sent them back to exchange them, and emailed them to confirm they had received them. After several weeks I tried to contact them because I hadn't heard any news on my replacement extensions. They have been ignoring me for the past two weeks.

I made a previous complaint on this company and want to make sure that I follow up and redeem them. Even though I was so upset for having to wait so long for my extensions this company made it right. After complaining the company owner, Shannon hit me up via email to let me know that she was shipping me out a new pair of extensions for free (after she had already shipped my order out) to redeem the situation and it came in a really. cute new box that they just started using. So I would say if your wanting to order extensions this is for sure the company you want to use!!

I finally got in touch. She informed me the emails I had been sending were going to her spam box. They shipped my replacement extensions and I was very satisfied with the product.

I ordered some extensions from this company 5 weeks ago. They said that they hand make these and that their turn around time was 8-10 days. I sent them numerous emails asking where my product was and when they finally responded back they said that they had to wait on the hair to arrive to them from Europe and then they had to make it. They also said that I should receive it within a week. I waited and waited and still no extensions. So I tried calling them several times and it kept going to voicemail and the voicemail kept saying that it was full. I finally went through paypal and filed a complaint and wouldn't you know it all of a sudden this company owner by the name of Shannon sent me a tracking number and it said it was delivered today. I've been home all day and nothing has been delivered! Now first thing tomorrow I'm filing a police report and having the detective do the work. I will NEVER order from this company again and if your looking for extensions DON'T go to this company!! You will not only lose your money but then when you try to get in touch with them they will ignore all of your emails and phone calls. This company is  not a good company at all. BEWARE if they say they have great prices and will ship it in 8-10 days because that will not be the case. I've spent 5 weeks being upset over this! It's not worth going through what I've been through. Take my advice and go somewhere else.
