 Order Number 54356107628685

 Found Goldwell hair color dye available at Hello Gorgeous.  Ordered one bottle of developer and 4 red dyes.  Order went well   Came in one week and exactly as ordered.  After seeing different pictures of the darker red I ordered, I called to see how I could go about exchanging it.  There was absolutely no customer service after sale.  Sent emails that evaporated on the page without response.  Called numerous times to call- boxes that were "full"   No response either way.  Finally I sent the two dyes back w the order form and told them what I wanted.  No response, has been over three weeks. Now I am out 2 tubes of hair dye.  Will definitely not be using these people again.  Is there anyway I can recoup my money?

Do you still have the recipt from post office to prove  you mailed and if so send it to either paypal or the credit card company that you paid haircolor with .try also to contact BBB.org

I bought  two boxes of haircolor and developer April 2 and last week decided that i wanted to cancel my order because it did not come in mail yet and  I live in NY and the site says for standard delivery 3-4 business . I emailed ,called and you cannot even leave a voicemail because it says mailbox full. This website is a scam and yahoo gives it great reviews
