Complaint Review: Helmark Steel - Falcon Steel

this company moved me from across the country for what i thought would be a great oppportunity. the chance to experience major construction projects. yes, i got to do that - worked my butt of for them - they even talked me into staying after i had resigned. then at the 4 year mark i get laid off - of course i wasn't vested because that comes at the 5 year mark.

so with thousands of dollars contributed towards my pension plan they give me the boot - but to make matters worse they continued to make contributions to that pension fund in my name. of course john o'brien, william o'brien, helen o'brien, stan rybeinski, and al katz will be the only ones that get that money because it'll be divided up between the participants according to the amount they have in the plan. to add insult to injury they continue to send the statements with how much money is in my account showing it at 0% vested.

beware of any offer this company makes you for employment. get a contract (they've been known to renig on them too) .
