You're mistaken. I've replied to your other two emails and you have been refunded already. Maybe if you'd actually check your "Reply to:" email of 'xx@hotmail.com', you'd get my replies, genius! Check it--send an email to yourself and hit reply. The hotmail address comes up.

Since you didn't get my reply to your email about them being junk... The speakers aren't junk--your audio device must be. We've had thousands of satisfied customers.
