In june of 2017 , we went into contract to cancell two time shares, we paid them 1600 dollars for each one. In Sept of 2017 we had them stop work on one of these time shares, but never received any money back for cancelling before 365 days. They refused. This company tried three times to cancell our second time share which they did not do. So instead of honoring their 100% guarantee they closed our account instead.
One of the major problems we faced is that they would not return phone calls,We went through three differant account managers with this company to no avail. Our time shaee wrote back three times and said that this company can not cancell your time share no matter what. So, let the buyer beware. This company has broken its promices to its clients and does not belong in business.
