HELPcard-HC Processing changes fixed APR to adjustable rate,charges false delinquent charges,paying more for the bed than agreed Tulsa Oklahoma
Aug.2006 I purchased a craftmatic bed from Craftmatic. The next day after signing this contract I filed a written cancellation per thier instructions. This cancellation still has not been addressed.I was contacted and offered the beds at 1/2 price.
I signed a contract( in the beginning) for a 21% FIXED APR.
The very first bill, which arrived 2 weeks later had an APR of 29.9% APR. When trying to correct this, I was informed I had been sent a letter stating they were changing rates (on a fixed APR?) I still have not received this supposed letter after several phone calls to HC Processing. I have been hung up on several times spoken rude to and still have not been able to resolve these issues.
I have been charged for delinquency charges that were not deemed delinquent in my contract which states, it will be deemed delinquent within 10 days AFTER it's scheduled due date. I am very unsatisfied with the actions of this Company and believe they have unfair business practices.
Anyone who is thinking of using this Company should rethink that decision as this Company will RIP YOU OFF for as much as they can get.

upon contacting the BBB and filing a complaint, HC Processing placed my account in dispute, supposedly sent me a letter and the BBB considered this resolved. I DID NOT accept the Company's responce and stated so.
How on earth are we as consumers to get a fair chance if the BBB won't even follow through on the efforts I am putting forth to get this straightened out? I am so confused now . I thought the BBB was here to keep these Businesses in check.
