On 1/12/10, I ordered a fuse for 7.99 and 3.98 shipping USPS. On 1/16, I asked for shipping update because my credit card was charged. On 1/16, they said owner was in hospital and workers were unable to fill order so on 1/16, I cancelled order and they agreed. On 1/21, they sent email saying order was shipped USPS. I returned email saying I had already bought fuse and reminding them of cancelled order. There was no response to emails - no response to numerous messages left on cust service lines. Eventually reached mike teague (owner?) via a telephone order line on  2/2, he admits error on his part to shipping unwanted/cancelled fuse but he refuses to issue a credit to my credit card. I do not agree with this because it is (admittedly) his error and I have nothing to gain in keeping a fuse I have already bought from a reputable company and installed. However, I said I would agree to return his unopened box prior to his issuing a credit, if he would send a label and pay tracking costs to protect both of our interests. He has refused to credit my Discover or send costs to track the return for an item he knows should never have been sent in the first place. At this time, I have not received a credit, a return label/authorization or any solid evidence from helpfulitems.com that they intend to do the right thing.
