Hemingway and associates Hemingway scam Boca Raton Florida
Hemingway and associates are a phone scam. They called my disabled sister claiming they were acting as a collection agencing for HSBC credit card. They told her she owed $5000, but would settle for $2700 or the were going to send a process server with a summons to appear in court. This whole thing is a big scam, don't fall for it. If they call saying they have a summons, check with your county courthouse,city clerk to found out if there is a summons.
