Hemingway financial called and harassed me saying they were trying to deliver legal documents svc were going to take me to court. I ended up paying them $1947.75 on 8/31/15. I just received another same-type call from an Asset Management Group at ***-***-**** claiming they were representatives from HSBC. I want my money back, please help.
