A few years ago, my mother bought a Buick from Hendrick in Cary and from the very beginning to each and every time she has taken in for servicing, the experience is very negative.

In fact, the people in the service department appear to have a serious disdain for African American customers and make no excuses or try to conceal this in any way. African American customers have reported receiving the worse customer service or lack thereof, including no loaner when their vehicle is being repaired for weeks at a time. Black customers have also compained that when their car is in for routine servicing while still under warranty, the workers refuse to wash the outside or vacuum the inside of the car as well as leave visible dirt on the steering wheel.

My mother is done with this dealership and will never purchase another vehicle from Hendrick Buick. This organization clearly has a big problem if it believes that black people are simply going to ship out back to Africa and therefore they never have to see any of us again. This is the type of discrimination that keeps getting black people paid.
