Complaint Review: Hendrick Jeep Of Woodbridge VA

In 2004 I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and in 2006, the roof needed painting.  At first they told me it was something I had on the car, then sun damage, then acid rain, but it wasn't the paint.  My question was, why wasn't the rest of the car like that?  They finally said they would fix it.  I found out in 2011, from my Insurance Adjuster, when the paint started looking the same way, that the paint job was done incorrectly; and by who?  By Auto Guard, who paid for the work to be done.  I don't know how these franchises work, but I smacks of kick-back!!!!  They told me that when I paid the $695.00 for the life of the car with Auto Guard, it would be taken care of.  Well Auto Guard essentially told me I was S.O.L.!!  My Adjuster is handling the issue.  Good luck to him!!  I had to pay over $500.00 to get it fixed!!
