Peter Wells Principal, Annette Campbell Child Psychologist at Hendrick's Elementary , Tracy Antista teacher , Bridgette Betterton teacher at Hendrick's Elementary School,  Susan Shinn special ed director of Flowing Wells, David Baker Superintendent at Flowingwells School District.  This school is located at 3400 West Orange Grove Road in Tucson Arizona 85741 On or around October 4, 2013 they told my son who is visually impaired to log on to the computer.  He wasn't able to do it.  They called the sheriff department and had Marquise transported to Crisis Response Center in  for Evaluation and trying to admit him into Senora Behavioral Health because he could not log in to the computer.  The CRC sent  Marquise back to him.  They are retaliating because I filed a complaint against them with OCR in Denver Colorado.

This man Guillermo Bernal likes to touch my son on his rear and the staff members think he didn't do any wrong.  He's done this serveral times when asked not to by myself and my son and also the authorties. If you have a little boy who attends this school ask them if this man is making passes at them and then report it to law enforcement right away.

Also they refuse to accommodate my son visual needs for example he needs mobility training with a cane.  The school afraid that other children will trip and fall over the cane and injured themselves so that said he needs to wait until he reach high school to have mobility training.  They refuse to give and a paraprofessional and Braille instruction.  To top this off he cannot see the board, homework/class assignment sheet and Hendrick staff tells him we can not make your work any bigger.  He's being bullied by students and staff members that is causing him to have a nervous breakdown.
