Last weekend I accidently dropped my keys to my Mercedes in the water.  When the keys were retrieved, they did not work.  I was out of town and noone was at home to obtain my 2nd set of keys.

I contacted Hendrickautoguard because I purchased an extended warranty, including roadside service with them when I purchased the car from Hendrick's of Concord.

When I made contact, they informed me that the car would have to be towed to another state for potential repair.  I live in TN.  I was visiting in GA and they wanted to tow my car to SC?????????? 

I thought I had a $50 deductible (written on my identification card) but the representative said it would be at least $150 + cost for additional mileage and I would have to travel to SC for the repair???????  DOESN'T MAKE SENSE TO ME!!!!!!! (OH, I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR MERCEDES TO ORDER ANOTHER KEY?)

MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
