Hennessy Mazda Hennessy Southlake Morrow, Georgia. Dealership price gouge after closed deal to my 69 year old mother Morrow Georgia
As a public service I would like to tell all of you about my experience with Hennessy Mazda in Morrow,Ga. I went with my Mother to this dealership to pick up her new mazda CX5. She got an out the door quote online from them. She called the salesperson to verify that quote, tax tag and title and any other fees. We went to the dealership drove and scrutinize the car. Told the salesperson we were going to get the cashiers check in the exact amount. Verified again. Went to the bank got the check and we were back in about 15 min. Gave the salesperson the check he went to get the car and keys. Came back after about 15 min. And said I made a $600 mistake. My mother said you don't want me to pay for that he said no it was my mistake. He left for another 15 min. came back and said she would have to pay another $500. We asked for the gm who was unwilling to do the deal that we already agreed to. No sale.I am still shocked about how they treated my Mother.
