Henry and Wales Furniture Poor quality and service New Albany Mississippi
I ordered a headboard and footboard with railings from Henry and Wales furniture on June 2014. It arrived 3 months later with damaged. Some of the crews from the headboard came off creating a crack on the wood of the headboard. Some of the parts were missing to complete the installation . I reported this to the owner, Cole and he promised to replace it and will file a claim to the shipping company. No replacement came and I found out that the shipping company paid him $200.00 but he kept it. He avoided my calls. He didn't do anything for the damaged furniture. I reported this to Better Business Bureau but Cole didn't respond to their inquiry. We end up fixing the bed on our own expense.
This is not a good company to deal with. You will be stuck with the damaged furniture because the owner will have nothing to do with it after it shipped out of their warehouse. I will not recommend this business to anybody.
